SETDA Announces Partnership with Blending Education, Offering K-12 Education Solutions
We’re excited to announce that SETDA has chosen Blending Education to be one of its Emerging Partners for 2018! The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit membership association launched by state education agency leaders in 2001 to serve, support and represent their emerging interests and needs with respect to the use of technology for teaching, learning, and school operations. SETDA helps EdTech companies connect to state leaders and key influencers in every state.
SETDA’s mission is to build and increase the capacity of state and national leaders to improve education through technology policy and practice. In carrying out this mission, they are committed to:
- Serving every U.S. state and territorial education agency
- Maintaining a future-focused, holistic view on how to leverage technology for education
- Fostering collaboration among their members, strategic partners and other education leaders and policymakers
- Taking action on important issues facing public education
SETDA will help Blending Education learn about the trends, funding, and initiatives within each state, and will foster opportunities for procurement of the emerging technologies we offer that states and districts need. We will be meeting with national digital learning leaders from every state when we present at the SETDA Emerging Technologies Leadership Forum in Chicago in June.
